Adobe Education, global teacher training on Creative Cloud
Measuring impact at global scale
Adobe Education
Adobe's Education program trains teachers and partners worldwide on Creative Cloud products. I ingested data from the learning platform and Qualtrics post-training surveys to map program reach, measure satisfaction, and surface improvement themes through sentiment analysis on open-ended feedback.
The context
The Education program runs training sessions for educators and institutional partners across regions and formats. Success depends on reach (who is trained, where), quality (satisfaction and learning outcomes), and continuous improvement from participant feedback.
The challenge
Training activity and Qualtrics survey responses lived in separate systems with no unified analytics layer. Leadership needed geographic visibility into program distribution, reliable satisfaction metrics, and a scalable way to process qualitative feedback, not just checkbox scores.
- Training records and Qualtrics survey data in disconnected sources
- No consolidated view of program coverage across countries and regions
- Satisfaction tracked per session, but hard to compare at scale
- Open-ended feedback rich in insight, but time-consuming to review manually
What I delivered
End-to-end analytics from training and Qualtrics ingestion to geographic dashboards, satisfaction tracking, and NLP on feedback.
Training & Qualtrics ingestion
Built pipelines to ingest session data from the learning platform and structured responses from Qualtrics post-training surveys into a single analytical dataset.
Global program distribution
Mapped training activity across regions and partner types: session volumes, audience breakdowns, and geographic gaps to guide program expansion.
Satisfaction & post-training feedback
Tracked satisfaction scores and follow-up indicators after sessions, enabling comparison across formats, regions, and trainer profiles.
Sentiment analysis on feedback
Applied NLP and sentiment analysis on open-ended responses to surface recurring praise, pain points, and improvement requests at scale.
Business impact
Program managers gained a data-driven picture of reach and quality, with qualitative feedback turned into actionable themes.
Global visibility
Clear view of where training lands worldwide and where coverage is still thin.
Satisfaction at scale
Consistent satisfaction tracking across sessions, regions, and partner types.
Structured qualitative insight
Sentiment analysis turned free-text feedback into trends the team could act on without reading every response.
Continuous improvement loop
Recurring reporting connected training delivery, satisfaction, and feedback themes into one improvement workflow.
Tech stack
Python data pipelines, Airflow orchestration, MySQL, Tableau dashboards, Qualtrics survey ingestion
Adobe Education analytics turned a global training program into something measurable: where it reaches, how it lands, and what educators actually say about it.
